Studio ANDREAS MEYER, was established in 2002 in Lagos, Portugal by its Managing Director, Architect Andreas Meyer.
We see ourselves as service providers in client assistance with all matters related to Real Estate and the Construction process. For us every project represents an individual challenge. The ever-changing Portuguese planning and building laws are extremely complex and bureaucratic in their application, all the more with relatively autonomous local municipal authorities themselves having very specific internal rulings and planning laws, where lightly prepared projects can easily risk being adversely affected in their interpretation, and take years to receive planning permission.
We, Studio Andreas Meyer, are a well established team of Architects, Engineers and Construction Specialists, analyzing and finding professional solutions for complex problems and situations. We have a long-standing experience in property acquisition, licensing- and execution projects, as well as Building-, Cost-, and Project Management.
